From the time you open our eyes in the morning, your brain begins to work and you have a million things on your mind. You have to get ready for work and then make this and that before you actually head out the door.
The truth » is the way we start our day, determines the way the rest of our day will go most often. To that effect, here are x morning routines to practice that could change your life:
1- Water: There is nothing truly healthier than consuming as much water as you can. It has so many health and skincare benefits that it is vital for every human. Also, it’s a great way to start the day, as it wakes you up.
2- S3x : You will not believe the sorts of health benefits releasing endorphins early in the morning give humans. S3x is more or less like an exercise and will bring you closer to your loved one for all it’s worth. An active way to start the day.
3- Connecting: Wake up in the morning and talk to your loved ones. Maybe a quick call to your mom or sibling. Hearing from the people we love provides some warmth and emotional balance that your bed or pillow cannot give you.
4- Be sorted: Get a form of organizational structure in place. You can do some rearrangement and cleaning before you head out. Also, plan out a few things for your day. Make up a to do list that will work for you. Scheduling saves you headache.
5- Shower : Taking a shower is a great way to wake you up in the morning. Showers also open up your pores and allow for great blood flow and skin cleaning. Also, showers are a great way to start your day.
6- Waking early : Get an early start to your day by going to bed early. There’s no point going to bed late knowing you have to sort out a lot the next day and then you can’t get through all of it because you woke up late. It helps you get through more.
7- Stretching: Whatever it is you’re into, Yoga, meditation, try to stretch out your muscles after a long sleep. It’s a great way to feel alive and get energized for the work ahead and a great practice to continue even during the day.
